The aim of the project was to reorganize the Ministry and to promote the rapprochement of Bosnia with the EU. Results achieved: The respective competences of the Ministries of Agriculture have been clearly defined with regard to the other ministries and a reorganization of the Ministries has been developed and proposed; Modern management systems, accounting and audit have been put in place; The skills of the human resources of the Ministries have been strengthened (good management, budgetary practice, formulation and implementation of agricultural policies); The staff of the Ministries have gained a good understanding of the issues relating to European integration and the adoption of Community acquis."}
