MYANMAR : International Internal Control Expert

Within the framework of a response to a Request for Proposals, the Consortium CA 17 International / T&E International Company Limited / CACG is looking for a Internal Control Expert to Develop and implement reporting tools for general management and Define the main orientations of the controls and indicators to be implemented, and the framework for reporting for PMU; as part of a project to support the Irrigated Agriculture Inclusive Development Project (IAIDP).
The expert must meet the following criteria.

Main Tasks:
- Analyze the PMU’s performance by studying the differences in results compared to budgets and objectives;
- Participate in the definition and development of financial objectives (budget, forecast);
- Carry out economic and financial studies at the request of the MOALI;
- Identify areas of optimization and ensure the implementation of internal control procedures and their application;
- Control the relevance and application of these procedures by carrying out audits;
- Develop recommendations to improve the effectiveness and assess the effectiveness of internal control

Specific Skills:
- Proficiency in the use of information systems: spreadsheets, databases and an excellent command of Excel;
- Fluency in English (knowledge in Burmese is an asset);
- High capacity for adaptation and flexibility;
- Aptitude for frequent travel in the regions.

Qualification:
- Master’s Degree at minimum or equivalent academic qualification in International Development, environment oriented social risks or other relevant fields.
