Project description
The triennial program 2007 – 2009 of decentralized cooperation of the Regional Council of Vienne (CG 86) in Burkina Faso included training and institutional support to elected officials and employees of administration, program of prevention in daily hygiene and emergency care, training of specialists in paediatrics at the Charles de Gaulle Hospital in Ouagadougou and of creation of the institute of environment and sustainable development (IGEDD) within the University of Ouagadougou.
Services provided
CA 17 International provided a Project manager, an expert in project evaluation, an expert in evaluation and capacity building, a national expert in capacity building and a junior expert in local development. The mission evaluated 12 projects in Ouagadougou and in 5 municipalities around the Centre, Centre-Est and Plateau – Central regions. It made it possible to monitor the implementation of the three-year plan and to evaluate the development aid policy of the General Council of Vienne.
