A mid-term review of the Program to support renovation and development of professional training in the sectors of agriculture, livestock and fisheries (AFOP).
Services provided
The mid-term review made it possible to 1) Measure the first results performed against medium-term indicators; 2) Highlight all operational, institutional and structural constraints, which may constitute slowdowns or blockages in the implementation of the Program and achievements of its goals; 3) Assess the importance of the role of the Technical Assistance to the National Coordinator of the AFOP Program and to propose adequate dispositions corresponding to the needs of institutional and professional partners to ensure the sustainable development of the strategy engaged; 4) Guide where needed the overall strategy and activities of the Program during its second part, by consolidating achievements, which have been formalized in the final evaluation report.
CA 17 International provided an international expertise (Team Leader, specialist of engineering of training schemes (26 M-D)) and a national expertise (Pedagogical Engineering and Training Evaluation Specialist (40 M-D)).
