BURKINA FASO: Mid-term review of the Bagré Growth Pole Project (CBPP)

Project description

The Bagré’s Growth Pole Project (PPCB) aims to contribute to the increase of economic activity in the project area through the increase of private investment, the creation of jobs and the increase of agricultural production. The 3 Components of the Bagré’s Growth Pole Project are:

C1: Development of institutional instruments for improved management and business climate;

C2: Development of critical infrastructure to complement investments already made by the Government;

C3: Development of critical services and direct support to small and medium-sized enterprises.

Services provided

The intervention of CA 17 International (was the completion of the mid-term review of the PPCB in order to draw conclusions and recommendations to guide the execution of the Project until the end of its implementation. The main objectives of the Mid-Term Review were to: i) Provide an update on PPCB’s implementation status, ii) draw lessons from this implementation, iii) measure the satisfaction of the project beneficiaries, iv) and on the basis of these lessons, propose recommendations, adjustments, if necessary, to achieve the project’s objectives.
